Prototype Man Door Dampener Cylinder.

We will work closely with any man door manufacture to design mounting brackets that can be retrofitted to existing man doors already installed underground and assist with the required design change to allow the Man Door Dampener Cylinder to be fitted to new man doors in the future.   

Our kits come preassembled and pack in enclosed timber crates to keep all the parts during transport to site and underground to the installation site.

This Upgrade kit is designed to be added into 2 x existing DMS spec kits fitted to 2 x machine vent doors or regulator machine vent doors installed as high pressure ventilation airlock that are having trouble operating against the high ventilation pressure.

Our Upgrade Kit saves the customer the extra cost of having to disregard the 2 x existing DMS spec kit parts as all our Upgrade Parts are designed to integrate in with the existing DMS kits and will provide a better, safer more reliable outcome. 

This Upgrade kit includes 2 x 01-FRAS Booster Cylinders that push against the machine vent doors from the centre position  cracking the high pressure allowing safe and smooth operation. 

This kit has been designed as a safety inclusion to sound a pulsing warning signal anytime the machine vent door is moving in either direction.

Our 01-FRAS Booster Cylinder has been designed to push against a machine vent door or regulator machine vent door at the centre position easily cracking the high pressure acting against the vent door allowing the standard automation kit to control the vent door movements in a safe and smooth way as designed.
